I've just submitted a new version to fix the issue when updating to 1.3.0.
It seems that there was a timing issue when updating the database, causing the upgrade to fail for some users. I believe I have tracked down the issue and fixed it. Hopefully Apple will review the change quickly so the fix is available for everyone shortly.
If you don't want to wait for the update, uninstalling and reinstalling the app should fix things as is.
There was also an issue where your collection numbers wouldn't appear correctly on the summary screen. I issued a server side fix that will remedy that. This update also addresses this on the client side.
Sorry about this!
